1About the service

These terms set out the conditions for using Cat Arena (the “App”), an iPhone app provided by 애플페어 (Applepair, the “Publisher”).

Cat Arena is a one-finger arena survival game. Drag to move and your weapons attack the nearest enemy on their own; survive 10 waves and beat the boss. There is no account, no ads and no in-app purchase. Records and settings are stored only on this device.

By downloading or using the App you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2Conditions of use

  • The App is free.
  • Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA) also applies. If the two documents differ on the license itself, Apple’s agreement comes first.
  • The game does not connect to the internet and can be played offline. Web pages you open from Settings, such as the privacy policy, open in Safari.
  • There is no separate age limit; the App Store age rating applies.
  • Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

4Prohibited conduct

Please do not:

  • hack, disassemble or modify the App, except where the law allows it
  • try to get around the App’s security or usage limits
  • break the law or infringe other people’s rights
  • impersonate the Publisher or anyone else

5Intellectual property

  • Rights in the App and in its name, icon, screens, text, artwork and sounds belong to the Publisher or to their respective rights holders.
  • You may use the App for personal purposes. This right cannot be transferred to anyone else, and these terms grant no other rights.
  • Where the App uses components provided under open licenses, those parts follow their own licenses.
  • Some sound effects and fonts in the game are used under open licenses and follow those licenses.

6Changes to or end of the service

  • The App can change through updates, and features can be added or removed.
  • If the Publisher decides to end the service, it will announce this on this page 30 days before. If it must stop at once for legal or safety reasons, it will stop first and announce afterwards.

7Limits of liability

  • The App is provided as it is. The Publisher does not guarantee that it will run without errors or interruption.
  • Best records and settings are stored only on this device. The game has no menu to delete records, and deleting the app deletes them. The Publisher keeps no copy and cannot restore them.
  • To the extent the law allows, the Publisher is not liable for indirect or special damages arising from use of the App. This limit does not apply to damage caused by the Publisher’s intent or gross negligence, and your rights under the law are not reduced by these terms.
  • Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for maintaining or supporting the App. Please direct questions about the App to the Publisher.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are handled by the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.

8Changes to these terms

  • If the terms change, this page is updated and the “Last updated” date changes.
  • Changed terms are announced on this page 7 days before they take effect, or 30 days before if the change is unfavourable to you.
  • If you do not agree to the changed terms, stop using the App. If you keep using it after they take effect, you are treated as agreeing.
  • If an update changes how the App handles information, the Privacy Policy is updated before that update is released.
