1What is stored on this iPhone
Everything the game stores stays in its storage on this iPhone and is not visible in the Files app. The developer never receives or sees it.
- Progress: fish, village building and cat skill levels, your chosen cats and lineup, stars and records per stage, reclaimed kingdom plots, tutorials and story seen, and play statistics such as the number of runs
- Times: when you last collected from the Nap Piggy Bank and the kingdom, used to work out their earnings, and when the save was first created (all from the iPhone’s clock)
- Settings: language, music and sound effects (on/off, volume), screen shake, battle view (2D, 2.5D, 3D)
2Permissions
The game never asks for camera, microphone or photo access. Purpose texts for these exist in the app only because the game engine (Godot) includes those features and iOS requires the text; the game never shows a permission prompt.
3What the game does not do
- No account or sign-in.
- The game makes no internet connection. The only links are Privacy Policy and Support in Settings, which open these pages in Safari (in a new browser tab in the web version).
- No ads.
- No tracking, and no App Tracking Transparency prompt.
- No usage statistics or analytics tools.
- Nothing shared with third parties.
- No in-app purchases.
4Retention and deletion
- Progress and settings stay on this iPhone until you reset them or delete the app.
- Settings → Reset progress in the game returns your progress to a fresh start. It cannot be undone; your settings are kept.
- If the save file is damaged and the game has to start fresh, it keeps one copy of the damaged file in the same app storage. That copy is also removed when you delete the app.
- Touch and hold the app icon on the Home Screen, then tap Remove App → Delete App. The app and all of its data on this iPhone are removed.
- If you use iCloud Backup or a computer backup, iOS may include the app’s data in that backup. Backups are kept in your Apple Account or on your computer; the developer cannot see them.
- The developer holds no copy of your data, so deleted data cannot be restored.
5Diagnostics
Apple passes diagnostic information such as crash reports to the developer only if you turned on “Share With App Developers” in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements. Apple runs this feature and you can turn it off at any time. Cat World itself sends no diagnostic data.
6If you email us
Settings → 의견 보내기 (send feedback) in the app opens a new mail draft in your mail app. The draft includes the app version, the iOS version and the device model, and these reach the developer only if you choose to send the mail. When you write to sharepoint889@gmail.com, your address and message are stored in the developer’s Gmail inbox. They are used only to reply to you, are not shared with anyone, and are deleted on request.
7Children
Cat World collects no personal data from anyone, so it collects none from children either.
8Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, this page is updated and the effective date above changes with it. If an update changes how the app handles information, this page is updated before that update is released.
